A Trip to Remember: P.3’s Tale

NAMANYA ABIGAIL. T

My name is Abigail Namanya. I am in primary three Dove. Last week, we went for a tour and it was really interesting because of very many reasons like eating good food, learning and enjoying in the bus.
We went to four places and these were Jinja air field, Tip Top Bakery, Kyabazinga’s palace and Kalagala falls. At the bakery, we saw machines which are used to bake bread, how to pack and slice bread. I really enjoyed the trip and I wish to have the same trip next year.

NAKIWONDO E K PAULINE

My name is Nakiwondo E K Pauline. I am in Primary Three Dove. We had a study trip last week on Friday, where all learners who had paid were taken to see the places that our school had chosen and these places were; Jinja Air Field, Tip Top Bakery, Kyabazinga’s Palace and Kalagala Falls. I really had fun from all these places that we went to. I therefore thank my lovely mother for giving me the chance of going with my fellow pupils and friends by paying for my study trip. Secondly, I thank my teachers for taking good care of us when we were out of school for our tour. May the almighty bless St. Catherine Junior School for giving us these nice memories.

NALWADDA SOPHIA M

It was a Friday last week, we went for the lower section tour where we saw Mabira Forest, Kalagala falls, bakery and Kyabazinga’s palace. It was from Kyabazinga’s palace where we had a lot of fun because they welcomed us with delicious meals where we all ate and got tired then after wards a team of dancers entertained us with Basoga dance and this really made our trip colorful, memorable and enjoyable to both the teachers and the tour guides. I thank my parent and the almighty father for making me be part of St. catherine junior school where all the good things are learnt.

APIPAWE MARTHA

My name is Apipawe Martha I am in primary P.3 Dove. I am going to talk about our study trip which happened last week and we went to four place like Kalagala falls, bakery and Kyabazinga’s palace. I was very happy to see all these places because it was my first time and I felt like the day was shorter than all other days because of too much fun and learning. Thank you, my teachers and my parents, for all the effort that you made to make the day successful.

NATUDE JETHRO

My name is Natude Jethro and I am in primary three Dove. My story is about a lovely and enjoyable study trip which lower section children went for last week on Friday. We went to four places and these were; Kalagala falls, Tip Top Bakery, Jinja air strip and Kyabazinga’s palace. Our teachers and the tour guides were as nice as angels sent by God form heaven because of many reasons which I cannot put them all in words but for the matter of evidence let me share a few of them like learning, having fun ang eating unforgettable meals at Kyabazinga’s palace. Thank you, teachers and my lovely parent, for paying for my trip.

KABUGO FITZGERALD

My name is Kabugo Fitzgerald I am in primary three Dove. We had a study trip last week and we visited Kalagala falls, bakery, Kyabazinga’s palace and Jinja air strip. We also saw Mabira footrest on our way, how bread is made and lastly parts of the aeroplane and their importance. I am very happy that my school choose a good place for our tour.

KIJJAMBU JOHN MARY VIANNEY

My name is Kijjambu JohnMary Vianney. I am in primary three Dove. Last Friday, on 19th July,2024, buses came and teachers called names of learners who had paid for the tour in lower primary. Lucky enough, I happened to be among the ones who had paid and, on that day, we went to four interesting places and these were Kalagala Falls, tip top bakery, Kyabazinga’s palace and Jinja air strip, of all these places, the most interesting place was Kyabazinga’s palace where we ate, danced and took a lot of drinks. I thank my parents who paid for my trip.

 KASUJJA BRADLEY G

My name is Kasujja Bradley. I am nine years old and I am in primary three Crane. I am going to talk about our study trip to Jinja, it was really quite amazing that day when I first saw the buses which came as early as 7:00am to take us for our trip. We had a lot of fun on our way to Jinja. Firstly, seeing and moving through Mabira Forest was so interesting because we had learnt about it as an example of a natural forest. Secondly, was Jinja air strip, tip top bakery, Kyabazinga’s palace and finally was at Kalagala falls of which most children feared because of the speed of water.

MONDAY BLESSING

It was last week on Friday morning when we went for our study trip which was really interesting and enjoyable since everything was under control by our teachers and the tour guides. I really thank the director and administrators for choosing for us nice places like Jinja air strip, tip top bakery, Kyabazinga’s palace and Kalagala falls. These places have really made me learn a lot.

KIRUNDA HARVEY

My name is Kirunda Harvey. The trip was really good. We went to Jinja air strip, tip top bakery Kyabazinga’s palace and Kalagala falls. The best place was Kyabazinga’s palace where we ate nice greens, chicken, watermelon and drunk soda. We also learnt a lot about Mabira Forest.

AGABA KAYCEE EMBER

My name is Agaba Kaycee Ember. I am primary three Crane. During our trip to Jinja, we saw a lot of things that we were learning from class for example Forests, Hills, Rivers Lakes and many others. The best place was Kyabazinga’s palace because it was looking nice. I thank my parents for paying for my trip.

ALUMAI SOLACE JOAKIM

My name is Alumai Solace J, I am in P. 3 Crane. I spent good time during the trip, we came back with a loaf of bread from the tip-top bakery. I enjoyed so much because we had enough food and drinks on our way to Jinja and we learnt very many things.
